Macros that add up
Your target comes from your body and goal. Every ingredient is weighed against the USDA database and portions are rescaled until the day lands within 3% of it.
Tell MealPrep your body, your goal, the foods you love and the appliances in your kitchen. It builds a plan with exact calories and macros, a grocery list sorted by aisle and a step-by-step recipe for every meal. Down to the gram.
Your first plan is free. No card needed.
Other apps give you a recipe feed and a calorie counter. MealPrep gives you a finished plan, then gets out of the way.

Don't feel like salmon? Swap it. The replacement is re-portioned to the same calories and the day's totals, bar and grocery list update with it. Undo any time.
One list for the whole plan in purchasable amounts, sorted by aisle with a photo on every line. Tick things off, mark what you already have, share it, or find the closest store.
Every meal has a recipe with one step per screen, built-in timers, the ingredients each step uses and a screen that stays awake while your hands are busy.
Air fryer, oven, pressure cooker, no oven at all: tell MealPrep once and every recipe uses only the appliances you have, reaching for the fast one when it helps.
Every recipe you've ever been given stays in your library, searchable and rated. The calendar shows every planned meal by day, so you always know what's for dinner.
Your day's plan against your target, the same way on every screen. Protein, carbs and fat are tones of one green, always labelled, so you never have to decode a chart.
Calories come from a nutrition database, not from a model's guess. Portions are kitchen-friendly: 150 g of salmon, 2 eggs, half a cup of oats.
Age, height, weight and activity set your target. Then the meals you usually eat, the foods you love, what you dislike, your allergies and the appliances in your kitchen. Your profile remembers it for next time.
One, three or seven days. Every meal is weighed against the nutrition database and rescaled to your target. Allergens are checked on every line, including derived ingredients like whey or almond butter.
Take the grocery list to the store, cook each meal step by step, mark it eaten, swap what you don't feel like. Log your weight and the next plan starts from where you are.

Every plan includes recipes, cooking mode, the grocery list, stores near you, swaps, weight tracking and export. Prices in US dollars; the App Store shows your local price.
No. MealPrep is an educational planning tool. It is for adults 18 and over, and it is not for anyone with an eating disorder, who is pregnant or nursing, or with a medical condition affected by diet, without guidance from a healthcare professional. The app says so before your first plan and will not go below safe daily minimums.
Each ingredient is matched to USDA FoodData Central and its nutrition is computed from the grams in your plan. Portions are then rescaled so each day lands within 3% of your calorie target and 10% of each macro. The numbers on the screen are the numbers in the database, not an AI estimate.
Swap any ingredient for a suggested alternative; it is re-portioned to the same calories and the day stays on target. You can also regenerate up to three meals per plan without using a plan credit.
Yes. Pick your appliances once (air fryer, oven, stovetop, pressure cooker, slow cooker and more) and every recipe is written for them. No oven? You will never be told to roast.
Canada and the United States. Grocery stores near you are listed closest first in your units, with hours, address and directions. There is no delivery partner yet.
Your body data and plans are stored encrypted, never sold, and you can export or delete everything from the app at any time. Food preferences are sent to the AI model without your name or account details. See the Privacy Policy.
