MealPrepTerms of Use
By creating a MealPrep account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. Email support@bragdeal.com with any question.
1. Who can use MealPrep
You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you create an account. MealPrep is offered in Canada and the United States.
2. Not medical advice
MealPrep is an educational planning tool. It is not medical, nutritional or health advice, and it does not know your medical history. Do not use it without guidance from a healthcare professional if you have, or are recovering from, an eating disorder; are pregnant or nursing; or have a medical condition such as diabetes, kidney or heart disease, or take medication affected by diet. The app applies safe daily minimums and will not plan below them, but only you and your clinician can judge what is right for you.
Allergy exclusions are checked on every ingredient, recipe line and grocery item, and derived ingredients are included in the check. Still, always read packaging. If you have a severe allergy, treat the plan as a starting point, not a guarantee.
3. Plans, credits and prices
- Your first plan is free, once per person.
- Premium is a monthly subscription that includes 10 plans per month. Unused plans do not roll over.
- Extra plans can be bought one at a time and never expire.
- A plan is spent when it is generated. If generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
- Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app; this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and does not cancel an App Store subscription, which you cancel in your Apple ID settings.
5. Acceptable use
Use MealPrep for your own meal planning. Do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it, resell plans, or use it to plan for someone who is under 18. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Content and ownership
The plans, recipes and grocery lists generated for you are yours to use, print and share. The app, its design, software and nutrition data remain the property of BragDeal Inc. and its licensors. Nutrition values come from USDA FoodData Central, a public domain source.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep MealPrep running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Plan generation needs an internet connection and an AI provider; if either is down, generation waits. We may change features, prices or these terms; important changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BragDeal Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for health outcomes from following a plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for MealPrep in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your province, territory or state.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
